Hello! I received my doctorate in physical therapy from Touro College in New York, NY in 2014. Since beginning my career in physical therapy, I have focused on working with the pediatric population. I spent my first year after graduating working in the outpatient setting with children birth-21 with a wide variety of diagnoses including Torticollis, Prematurity, Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Down Syndrome.
In order to expand my pediatric experience, I decided to switch gears and work in the school-based setting. This experience provided me the opportunity to work with severely orthopedically impaired students and manage their equipment needs including gait trainers, mechanical lifts, standers, and adapted tricycles. While working in the school setting, I was also able to work with the birth-3 population providing early intervention services.
I am very passionate about working to help children of all abilities meet their full potential and participate in all of the activities they enjoy. I believe working closely with families is vital in achieving these goals.
