MaryVogel, OTR/L is a holistic occupational therapist, women’s advocate, and artist. Mary has 5 years of experience working with as a therapist with both adults and children. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and continued on to earn a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. Mary focuses her treatment on supporting whole body wellness and attaining the highest quality of life. Mary enjoys combining alternative modalities within her treatment sessions, that include mindfulness practices, yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Mary has experience in home health, private and residential schools, and community-based settings. Much of Mary’s experience as a therapist has been in pediatrics, in early intervention and specialized settings for children with the diagnosis of Autism. Most recently, Mary has been inspired to create educational events on the topics of body literacy and reproductive health. Mary maintains a work life balance while participating in activities such as dancing, painting, being immersed in nature, and traveling.
